Your questions, answered.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free! We custom crate each work and ship via Fed Ex.

What are the finished sizes of the framed works?
Our frames add about two inches to the size of the final print. A 16x20 finished size measures to an 18x22 outer size. A 20x24 finished size measures to 22x26 outer size and so on.

What exactly does the “Finished Size” refer to?
The finished size is the size of the artwork after mounting and ready to frame. Our images all have a three or four inch white border (depending on the size of the print) around them. The finished size takes this border into account.

What materials do you use for printing and mounting?
All of our images are printed onto a textured, acid free matte paper using inks designed to last 100 years or more. All backing and matting materials are acid free to prevent fading and discoloration over the long term.

Do you offer custom sizes?
If you have specific needs, please contact us to discuss. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How do I care for my artwork?
As with all artwork, especially photographs, posters and memorabilia, it is important to limit its exposure to sunlight. Do not allow direct sunlight to hit your print as that will dramatically reduce its resistance to fading. Ultraviolet light, which is strong in sunlight but also found in household lights, is the enemy to your artwork. The less you expose your artwork to UV light, the longer it will last.

Do you have any program for working with the design and real estate trade?
Yes we do! Contact us with your business and licensing (if relevant) information so that we may respond with details.

I’m a photographer who would like to be considered for representation. How do I submit my work?
Contact us with a brief bio, summary of your exhibition history and a link to your website. We’ll do our best to respond to you.
